VFX & Animation
VFX Artist / Supervisor
The digital illusionist. Creates visual effects that seamlessly blend with live-action footage.
What Does a VFX Artist / Supervisor Do?
The VFX Artist creates digital visual effects that enhance, extend, or entirely create elements within a film. From subtle wire removals and sky replacements to spectacular creature animation and environment creation, VFX artists use a combination of 3D modeling, compositing, simulation, and digital painting to achieve shots that would be impossible or impractical to capture in-camera. The VFX Supervisor oversees the entire visual effects pipeline, working with the director from pre-production through final delivery to plan, execute, and integrate all VFX work seamlessly into the film.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-set VFX elements (green screen, tracking markers, reference)
- Create and manage the VFX pipeline and shot breakdown
- Execute compositing, 3D modeling, simulation, and digital effects
- Ensure VFX shots match the practical photography seamlessly

- Work with the colorist to integrate graded VFX shots
