Light mode and dark mode

ScenePaper opens in dark — the screening-room look it has always had. If you work in daylight, on a bright set or simply prefer it, switch to light.

Choose your look

• Dark — the default.
• Light — a warm paper-white page with the same gold accents, tuned so every word stays easy to read.
• Match system — follows your computer or phone, including when it switches between day and night on its own.

On the web

Open The Booth and choose under Appearance. For a quick flip, open your account menu (top right) and pick Switch to light or Switch to dark.

In the app

Go to MORE → Preferences → Appearance. The whole app changes straight away, without losing your place.

The same on every device

When you are signed in, your choice is saved to your account, so the web and the app open in the same look. If you chose a look before signing in, it is kept.

What stays the same

PDFs, printed call sheets and exported scripts look the same in either mode. The sketch pad stays white paper, and the opening clapperboard stays dark.
