Who can see what

A reasonable question with a specific answer. Here is what is visible, to whom.

Your Crew Card

A cleared card has a public page anyone can view — your name, headline, bio, location, roles, credits, showreel and portfolio.

Deliberately not on that public page:

- Your day rate. The rate band is withheld from anonymous visitors, and it is stripped from Scout search results too — so it cannot be read out of search a page at a time. - Reviewer notes from Gate Check, and the statement you wrote when you applied. Those are for the review team. - Your stated experience level. You gave it for vetting, not as a public label.

A card that has not been cleared is not public at all. A struck card is removed from public view entirely.

Scripts and sides

Not public, ever. Access is granted to named people and can be withdrawn, which takes effect immediately — including for links already shared.

Call sheets

A call sheet is private until issued, and a draft is never visible on a share link. Where a production shares a public link, that page deliberately omits guest phone numbers and internal remarks.

Messages

Comms conversations are between the participants.

Wrap reports

Published wrap reports about you are visible on your card. You get one right of reply. Reports under review are not shown.

Blocking and restricting

Blocking is mutual and visible in its effects. Restricting is one-directional and silent — the restricted person is not told.

What productions can see that the public cannot

A production you have submitted to sees your submission, your proposed rate, and your card. That is the trade for applying.
