Contracts

ScenePaper contracts let a production send a booked crew member an agreement, and track their response — without leaving the platform.

For productions

1. Upload the contract document (a PDF).
2. Assign it to the crew member and send it — they get it as a message plus a notification.
3. Track its status: Draft → Sent → Viewed → Accepted / Declined.

For crew

When you receive a contract you'll see it under My Contracts in The Booth:

• Open it to read the document.
• Accept or Decline — with an optional note.

Once you respond, the production sees the outcome immediately.

Contracts keep the agreement, the conversation, and the booking all in one place — nothing lost in email.
