Your crew's history with your house
Every person you have hired, what they did and were paid, how reliable they were, and what your team thought — private to your house.
My Crew lists everyone your production house has booked on a roster or paid through a call slip, across every production — including the people who are not on ScenePaper, who are most of a real unit.
Finding someone
Search by name or phone number, and narrow by department, role, city, or by how your house regards them (preferred or do not hire). The filters are part of the page address, so a filtered list is a link you can send to someone in your office.
One person's history
Open a name to see their history with your house:
- History — every production they worked, in what role, over which days, and what they earned and are still owed.
- Rates — what they were paid on each production, oldest first, and where their latest rate sits against everyone else your house has paid in the same role over the last two years. The comparison is each person's average, then the middle of those, so whoever worked the most days does not set it alone.
- Record — reliability, standing and feedback (below).
- Their unit — the team they bring with them, if they keep one on their Crew Card. Names and roles only.
- Documents — bank and UPI details, emergency contact and insurance. Only people who can pay crew see this tab.
Reliability
Reliability is worked out from the call slips, never typed as a label:
- Called, not marked worked — a day they were called for that passed without anyone marking them worked. It may be a no-show, or a day nobody closed — the page counts it; it does not decide which.
- Late — how many of the days with an arrival time recorded were later than your grace period after their call. Record an arrival on the day sheet under Crew & Pay, next to the call time; you only need to for the people who were not on time.
- Disputed — days whose slip was disputed.
How late is late is your house's decision. The owner, or anyone who can edit the production house, sets it at the bottom of My Crew (15 minutes unless you change it).
Feedback and standing
After a production, anyone who can manage crew pay can rate a person on skill, punctuality, attitude and safety and leave a note. You can only leave feedback for a production they actually worked. Each person writes one entry per production — saving again revises yours and never overwrites a colleague's — and you can delete only your own.
A person can be marked preferred, neutral or do not hire, for one role or for any role. A do-not-hire must say why. Neutral is simply no standing at all.
Who can see what
- Anyone in your house with crew-pay access can read a person's history, feedback and standing. Recording feedback or standing, and opening documents, needs permission to manage crew pay.
- Bank, UPI, emergency contact and insurance details are encrypted at rest.
- None of this is ever shown to the person it is about. That includes a member of your own house who is also on your crew list: on their own page they see their history and rates, but not feedback, standing, notes or documents.
Comparing people
Tick two or three names on My Crew and press Compare to see them side by side — roles, how much they have worked, their latest rate against your median, lateness and feedback averages.
