Team and permissions
Invite people to your Production House and control what each can do.
If more than one person hires for your Production House, you can add them as team members and control their access.
Invite your team
From your Production House settings, invite team members by email. Each becomes part of the house and can act on its behalf, according to their permissions.
Permissions
Access is role-based. You can grant or restrict abilities such as:
- Creating and editing Crew Calls
- Viewing and managing Submissions
- Managing Contracts
- Bulk hiring
This means a coordinator can review submissions without being able to, say, delete a call — everyone gets exactly the access they need.
Contracts
Once you've booked crew, you can upload and send a contract for them to accept — all tracked inside ScenePaper.
