Team and permissions

If more than one person hires for your Production House, you can add them as team members and control their access.

Invite your team

From Workspace → Users & Access, invite members by email and pick a role. Each becomes part of the house and can act on its behalf, according to their permissions. Only the house owner sees this screen.

Open Access on a member to change their role, choose which productions they can open, or remove them. Make owner hands the whole house to them — you become a producer, and only the new owner can hand it back.

Permissions

Each member's role sets what they can do — post calls, manage submissions or contracts, bulk hire. Per production, you can also change who may edit the schedule.

This means a coordinator can review submissions without being able to, say, delete a call — everyone gets exactly the access they need.

Contracts

Once you've booked crew, you can upload and send a contract for them to accept — all tracked inside ScenePaper.
