Your scenes on a project

If you have been cast on a project, you get a view of it built around your character rather than around the production.

What you see

• Your scenes — every scene your character appears in, in script order
• Your shots — where a shot list exists and your character is tagged in it

You are not reading the production's schedule and working out which parts apply to you. The filtering has already happened.

How it knows

A production casts your character to you, which links the role in the script to you as a person. Every scene tagged with that character then belongs to you.

If a scene you expect is missing, the likely cause is that the scene has not been tagged with your character during the breakdown — worth mentioning to the production, because the same gap will affect the call sheets.

Castings that did not happen

If a production considered you and cast someone else, the project does not appear in your views at all. You will not see scenes for a part you did not get.
