Call Sheets
Build and share the shortlist of who's needed on set.
A Call Sheet is the list of crew for your project or a specific shoot day. ScenePaper has two related things called call sheets — here's the difference.
Crew shortlists
The simplest call sheet is a shortlist — a named list you add crew to as you scout and book. Use it to gather candidates for a project and keep them in one place.
- Create a call sheet, give it a name.
- Add crew from Scout or from your submissions.
- Remove anyone who's no longer in the running.
Daily production call sheets
For an actual shoot day, a production call sheet carries the real logistics: call times, location, nearest hospital, weather, and each crew member's individual call time. When you issue one, crew can open it, see their call time, and acknowledge it — so you know everyone got it.
On mobile, crew see Today's Call — their call sheet for the day, ready to acknowledge with one tap.
