Finding and submitting to Crew Calls

A Crew Call is a job. This is the most direct way to get work on ScenePaper: find calls that fit, and submit.

Browse and filter

Open Crew Calls to see what's *Now Casting*. Narrow it down with filters:

• Search by keyword, project, or role
• City and urgency
• Day rate range
• Casting calls only (if you're an actor)

Sort by newest, urgency, or highest rate. Save a search as a Job Alert to get notified when matching calls are posted.

Submit

Once Cleared, tap Throw Your Hat In to add:

• A cover note — why you're right for this role.
• A self-tape — when a casting call asks for one. On mobile you can record it on the spot.
• A proposed day rate — if you want to name your rate.

Once you submit, the call shows as Submitted, so you never submit twice.

Hot-set calls

Some urgent calls let you respond with one tap — "I'm In" — so a production filling a role *today* can reach you fast.
