Tracking your submissions and bookings

Once you've submitted to Crew Calls, you can follow each one and see where you stand.

My Submissions

My Submissions lists everything you've applied to, with a live status on each:

• Submitted — received; the production hasn't actioned it yet.
• First Hold / Second Hold — you're in the running; they're holding you as an option.
• On the Call Sheet — you've made the shortlist.
• Booked — you got the job. 🎬
• Released — they've decided not to move forward this time.

If the production wants to talk, you'll see a Callback flag on the submission.

Each submission also says whether the production has opened it yet.

Edit or withdraw

Until the production opens your submission, you can change your cover note and the day rate you asked for — open the Crew Call and press Edit submission. Once they have opened it, it stays as they read it.

You can withdraw a submission any time before you're Booked or Released.

Saved calls

Press save on any Crew Call to come back to it later. My Submissions → Saved lists every call you saved, and says so if it has stopped casting. A confidential call stays confidential there too — the production is not named.

My Bookings

My Bookings collects your confirmed work — every call where you were Booked — with the project, dates, location, and rate in one place.

Status changes arrive in Call Times, callbacks by email, and productions may message you in Comms.
