Tracking your submissions and bookings

Once you've submitted to Crew Calls, you can follow each one and see where you stand.

My Submissions

My Submissions lists everything you've applied to, with a live status on each:

• Submitted — received; the production hasn't actioned it yet.
• First Hold / Second Hold — you're in the running; they're holding you as an option.
• On the Call Sheet — you've made the shortlist.
• Booked — you got the job. 🎬
• Released — they've decided not to move forward this time.

If the production wants to talk, you'll see a Callback flag on the submission.

Edit or withdraw

Before a production has opened your submission, you can edit it (update your note or rate). You can withdraw a submission at any time.

My Bookings

My Bookings collects your confirmed work — every call where you were Booked — with the project, dates, location, and rate in one place.

Notifications about status changes and callbacks arrive in Call Times, and productions may message you in Comms.
