Building your Crew Card

Your Crew Card is how productions find and evaluate you. It works like a union card crossed with a portfolio. A complete, verified card is the single biggest thing you can do to get discovered.

The setup wizard

The first time you open your Crew Card, a short wizard walks you through it:

1. Basics — headshot, a one-line headline (e.g. *"Cinematographer · Features & OTT · Mumbai"*) and a short bio.
2. Craft — your primary role, plus any secondary roles.
3. Location — where you're based, and your availability.
4. Filmography — projects you've worked on.
5. Showreel — your reel link and career stage.

Your day rate is set afterwards, in Edit Card.

Filmography and showreel

• Filmography — add the projects you've worked on: title, your role, year, and type. This is your track record; productions read it closely.
• Showreel — link your reel. Productions want to *see* your work.

Availability

Set your status so productions know if you can take a call:

• Available for Call — open to work.
• On Set — currently shooting.
• Wrapped — not available right now.

Tip: only Cleared cards appear in Scout, and a complete card is taken more seriously.
