Checking the unit in on the day
Crew tap "I'm here" on their own call-sheet link; the AD marks the rest. Real arrival and wrap times go straight onto the day's pay.
From their own link
Everyone on an issued call sheet has their own link to it — the one you sent by WhatsApp or SMS. On the shoot day that page shows I'm here, and after they have arrived, I've wrapped. No app, no account.
- The first arrival stands. Tapping again changes nothing.
- It works on the shoot day, and for a night shoot until noon the next day.
- Times are read in the production's own time zone, not the phone's.
The attendance board
Open the call sheet and choose Attendance. Everyone on the sheet is listed with their call time.
- Arrived / Wrapped marks someone now, with one tap.
- Press a recorded time to change it — for entering a paper register after the fact. A wrap earlier on the clock than the arrival is read as after midnight.
- Anyone who arrived after your house's grace period is marked late, by how many minutes. The grace period is set once for the house on My Crew.
Where the times go
Each arrival and wrap is copied onto that person's call slip for the day — arrival and wrap time — and a day that was only "called" becomes "worked". Overtime is priced from the real wrap. Build from call sheet, run after attendance was taken, copies the times onto the new slips. A day that has already been paid is never changed.
Settings for the production
On the attendance board:
- Crew can check themselves in from their own link — turn it off if the production keeps its own register at base camp.
- Time zone — change it when the shoot travels, so 06:30 means 06:30 where the unit is.
